ELOSYS™  BS TYPE

The ELOSYS™ BS TYPE consists of the mechanical belt press part and the electro-osmotic process part. At first stage, the belt press dewaters the sludge of DS 2-5% to more or less 20% and at second stage, the electro-osmotic device dewaters the sludge to DS 40% or more in continuous process.

The ELOSYS™ BS TYPE is adopted for the new sites where there is no conventional dewatering machine installed or where the replacement of the conventional dewatering machine is required for the better performance.

The integration system of the two processes in the built-in type machine, the ELOSYS™ BS TYPE is more compact and space-saving system.

The stable performance of the ELOSYS™ BS TYPE has been proved in domestic and foreign market.
There are variation of the ELOSYS™ BS TYPE that can be combined with filter press (FS TYPE) and screw press. (SS TYPE)

Easy to operate and maintain, the ELOSYS™ BS TYPE does what not any conventional mechanical dewatering process can. Just as thermal dryers achieve levels of drying that exceed that of even the highest compression dewatering devices, the ELOSYS™ BS TYPE improves sludge dryness by at least 20 % and reduces overall weight of final cake more than 50%. When compared to the thermal dryer, ELOSYS™achieves the dryness with much lower energy consumption.
